Module 25 (Assessing Learning)

Module 25: The forthcoming Module is compulsory to GSL’s / Assistant GSL’s and those managers whose role will require them to assess and validate Modules 1 and/or 3. In addition, all those persons who carry out any form of assessing, including those involved in the Adult Training Scheme, Adventurous Activity Permit Scheme, Nights Away Permit Scheme and the Gang Show National Recognition Scheme, MUST have first completed the Module 25 before they are authorised to carry out assessments.
During the recent GSL’s Day a number of participants expressed their intention to attend this session, so it is hoped that this will be well attended. If you handed in a slip on that day, it would be of great help if you could re-submit an application form with your full details please.
To apply for the above Module please complete the ‘Individual Module Application Form’ which may be downloaded from the Training Section (Resources) link of the Area Website. The completed form should then be posted or sent via email attachment to Denis Hunt, Area Training Administrator. To assist the Presenters you are requested please to submit your application at least seven days before the event.
