Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan Scout Area is divided into five Districts; two cover the City of Cardiff and the remaining three cover the Vale of Glamorgan Borough Council. The two city 'Super Districts', Afon and East and South were formed following the merger in 2004 of the five city Districts. Celtic and Wenault became Afon District and Caer, South East and Terranova formed the East and South District.
